I once read that social media is like a cocktail party. These events are a great way to meet new people and to develop relationships that can benefit your business. Social media can do the same thing, but just like a cocktail party, you need to think about etiquettes like not being boring, engaging the guests and keep a consistent voice.

If social media is like a cocktail party, then I’m the party planner. I work with improving companies’ social media presence, based on their target groups, pains and KPI:s. In other words, my role as a Social Media Strategist at Esatto is to help companies make business social.
